Music Box "Mozartkugal"

Designed by Jörg Adam and Dominik Harborth in their studio in Berlin, these music boxes are made exclusively for them by a family run business in the Black Forest. A mechanical 18-note chime mechanism is inserted into solid natural beechwood and hand turned into this sphere and given a wax finish.  It continually plays a 2 minute excerpt from Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's "The Marriage of Figaro" Perfectly spherical, a stainless steel ring is included for it to balance on.
