OK accepts returns within 14 days of receipt in original packaging and sellable condition. In store purchases are returnable for store credit only; whereas, online purchases are returnable for original form of payment.
Your return must be accompanied by your receipt. Shipping costs will not be included in store credit. Your return needs to be insured for the full price of the items enclosed, packed well, and shipped to OK.
