HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY SHIPMENT?

We will make every effort to ship your order quickly; however, if an item is not at our main location we may need a few days to transfer it. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. UPS takes up to 5 business days to deliver a ground package to the east coast, but faster services are available to most places. If the items are not in stock and/or we are unable to ship them out quickly, we will contact you promptly.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES OK ACCEPT?

OK accepts payment with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY AT OK?

OK accepts returns within 14 days of receipt in original packaging and sellable condition, excluding all special orders. In store purchases are returnable for store credit only, whereas online purchases are returnable for original form of payment less shipping costs. If you are shipping your return, please contact us at ok@okthestore.com. Your return needs to be insured for the full price of the items enclosed, packed well, and shipped to OK.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY MERCHANDISE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and save the packaging. OK needs photos of packaging to be emailed to ok@okthestore.com if anything has been damaged, so please inspect your shipment upon arrival.

Please make all inquiries by email. If you need to speak with us directly, we are happy to phone you. Please give us a contact number and times that are best to reach you.

DO YOU CARRY OTHER ITEMS THAT ARE NOT VISIBLE ON YOUR WEB SITE?
