Aubock Chess Set 5606

A chessboard made from black and natural leather with 32 cast iron pieces. Designed in the 1950's by Carl Auböck. Made in Vienna.

Please note that we have two different colored boards. The one we currently have is a light tan and shown in the second image. Please reach out for more photos. Also, the set of pieces are sold separately. Make sure to order both.

Designed by Carl Auböck and handmade in Austria. Founded in 1906, the workshop is still owned and operated by the Auböck family (by Carl IV and V) from its original home, in a Vienna townhouse.
