Jacobsen Finishing Salt

The first company to harvest salt in the Pacific Northwest since Lewis & Clark built their salt works in 1805.  Jacobsen harvests this salt from the ice cold water of Netarts Bay on the Oregon Coast.  A tiny company when we first started working with them just a few years ago, their salt is internationally recognizes to be as good as any in the world.
