Vintage Kokeshi "B"

An artisan vintage Kokeshi doll wearing a kimono.  Handmade in Japan by Sekiguchi Sansaku (1925-2018), winner of Prime Minister's Prize and only artist to be certified by Japanese governent as "Master of Modern" Kokeshi. This one is less saturated in color than the ones we have had in the past. It is stamped, but not dated..
