Ixta Belfrage, who co-wrote Flavor with Yotam Ottolenghi and worked both at Nopi and his test kitchen, is influenced by the flavors of Brazil, Italy and Mexico, so think serious meat, pasta and chiles, but there is more to this fusion. The recipes are loosely arranged by weeknight and "show-stopping". There are several lasagnas, mushroom dishes, great desserts of which some are super quick and the absolute best skirt steak marinade I've come across, which works on other cuts and lamb chops too.
